ABOUT ME
Lynnsey Lambrecht is an Associate Professor of Music Theory and Composition at Bradley University in central Illinois.
Dr. Lambrecht has presented research and compositions at Carnegie Hall, The Midwest Clinic International Band and Orchestra Conference, the College Music Society International Conference, the International Conference on Music Perception and Cognition, the National Composition Pedagogy Symposium, the Canadian University Music Society National Conference, and the Music by Women International Festival. Her research has been published in the Routledge Companion to Music Theory Pedagogy and the International Conference on Music Perception and Cognition proceedings, and her music is featured in Original Études for the Developing Conductor. Dr. Lambrecht’s compositions and arrangements are published by Murphy Music Press, Grand Mesa Music Publishers, and Eighth Note Publications.
Previously, she was an instructor of music theory at Western Michigan University, an instructor of music theory and histroy at the Interlochen Summer Arts Camp. Dr. Lambrecht graduated from Michigan State University with a Doctor of Musical Arts in composition and a Master of Music in theory. She earned a Master of Music in theory and composition from the University of Northern Colorado, and she graduated summa cum laude from Colorado Mesa University with a Bachelor of Arts in music education.

MULTIMEDIA PROJECTS
12 Score (2021)
Provided music soundtrack for game created in collaboration between Bradley University faculty. The game was created to highlight social justice and human rights from 1776 to 2020. The music traces historical styles, forms, and genres throughout the time frame with an overarching accumulation form.
A Dozen Dozen (2020)
Provided music soundtrack for game created in collaboration between Bradley University faculty. The game was created to celebrate the 100th anniversary of women's suffrage in the United States. The gameplay is intended to give the player a sense of the expanse of time (144 years) between the nation’s founding and the passage of the 19th Amendment. The music encompasses Americana genres with an overarching accumulation form.
